*Prices are dependant on the number of installed lines & the term of the contract. Therefore Business Essentials @ £9.50, Business Premium @ £11.50 and Business Premium+ @ £13.50 are all based on the installation of 20 or more lines over a  36-month fixed term. 

**Local/National numbers consist of 01', 02' and 03' numbers.

***This applies to the 5 major networks in the UK, which are Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone, O2 and EE

****We can provide a range of support packages, but the basic package for support is available as standard

Hardware

Once you have selected the type of call package you would like, you can choose the hardware to be able to make and receive calls on. Our hardware can be purchased, leased or hired. We give you  the flexibility to choose what you feel best suits your business needs. 

We give you the choice of owning or borrowing the hardware on a monthly basis (with borrowing equipment, the hardware belongs to Oakhill Voice Solutions). To minimize your upfront costs you can purchase the equipment with a leasing options and pay for the hardware over time. For this to occur, you will need to sign up to a minimum 12-month term. 

If you have compatible hardware already, we may be able to get this working on our platform. Give us a call with your hardware make & model details. There is a small charge to configure the phones as they need to work on our platform, however, if you are bringing your kit over from a competitor, we'll look at waiving these charges.

For those workers that do not always work out of an office, you can install a mobile App (available on iPhones & Android phones). This allows you to be able to make and receive calls using your mobile phone as if you were in the office.

Basic Range

The basic phones available are heavy-duty phones that can be used on a day-to-day basis. These phones have all the functionality you would need, without any "frills"

Mid Range

Slightly cooler looking devices that are more appealing to the eye, with a little more functionality than the basic range phones. They will look the part and feel the part too

Elite Range

These devices are aimed at the executives and managers of a business and will fit nicely into any modern and snazzy office. The functionality levels are right at the top
